The Position: 

We’re looking for a heart-centered, assistant coach with a spirit of intrapreneurship.

Intrapreneurship is the act of behaving like an entrepreneur while working within a large organization.

Someone entrepreneur minded, who believes in going further together than alone. Someone who’s smart, sharp and passionate with a great attitude and a tremendous spirit of resourcefulness.  

Requirements:

• Ability to work within a dynamic team environment. 
• Willingness to collaborate, and when encountered with an obstacle, able to find a way around, through, over it, under it.
• Ability to attend weekly meetings.
• Serve the team and clients to the best ability and with integrity and respect.
• Must have current Personal Training Certification as well as a Nutrition Certification.
• Must NOT be taking on clients outside of the organization or in-person as it is in conflict, and will sign a non-compete regarding taking new clients outside of Transform while working as a Transform Coach. (This position is for those who want to coach, but want the benefit of not needing to build the brand, nurture leads…etc.)

Responsibilities (all requirements tied into paid per client rate, not paid hourly):

• Communicate and support clients through onboarding process to create the best transition into clients as possible.
• Attend weekly meetings with coaches to communicate about clients, review performance KPIs, and for coaching feedback/improvement.
• Consistently meeting company standards, culture requirements, and performance KPIs. 
• Hold Onboarding Zoom calls with clients, zoom calls every 6-8 weeks with clients, and as needed.
• Daily check-ins with all clients via Marco Polo, and available 24/6 for questions and support
• Respond within 24-48 hours to client weekly check-ins. Reviewing data and creating a loom video to walk through client progress, suggestions, and changes.
• Build programs and habits in Transform App and be present daily in Transform Tribe group on the app with ideas, comments, support.
• Attend weekly Tribe calls and lead 1 per week. (Paid additional for calls led)
• Request and create testimonials from clients at least once within their program time (paid additional for each)
• Engage and share content on social media that reflects your work with clients and be an ambassador for the the brand by sharing, talking, and representing our values and lifestyle. Any referrals brought to Transform from your directly will be paid as referral bonuses.
